IMPORTANT PRODUCT UPDATE
In June 2022 a new hardware version of the Wiser 2 was released using the same 5200WHC2 part number, but
with the following differences that are not included in the documentation for the original Wiser 2:
- WiFi support is no longer provided, so you need to connect via a wired LAN cable (as we always recommended for
greater LAN connection reliability in any case).
- ZigBee home automation
network support via an optional Wiser 2 ZigBee interface module (that was not released in Australia)
is no longer provided.
- While the same enclosure is used, the WiFi and Zigbee icons previously printed above the two right-most
front LED indicators have been removed, the Wiser Logo has been removed from the top cover, and on the bottom
the devices is now described as the SpaceLogic C-Bus Home Controller rather than the Wiser Home Controller MKII.
